Bryan is the founding Pastor of tides church and oversees teaching, vision and leadership. Bryan is driven by changed lives, and Recently experienced radical change and healing in his own life. Prior to moving to Lake Elsinore Bryan served 10 years as associate Pastor at Shadow Mountain church in San Diego and most recently at Sea Coast Grace church in Cypress (birthplace of Tiger Woods). Bryan attended Christian Heritage College and Bethel Theological Seminary both in San Diego. Bryan and Deborah have been married for 8 years and are proud parents of their two sons, 5 year old Caeden Brave, and 2 1/2 year old Bryson Strong. Bryan enjoys anything outdoors, including golf, golf and well golf. They also enjoy Desert Runs with his yzf 450, wake-boarding, hunting, fishing and snowboarding.

Jeremy Malick, Executive Pastor | jeremy@tideschurch.org
Jeremy has received a clear calling into the ministry, which has led him to Tides Church. Jeremy has a passion for stewardship. Prior to joining Tides Church, Jeremy has had a successful 11 year career in the banking and mortgage industry in Indiana. Jeremy enjoys soccer, golf, and football - GO COLTS! Jeremy and his wife Melody have been married for 12 years and have three wonderful children Damon age 8, Mason age 5, and Molly age 3.
Paul Aung, Worship Pastor | paul@tideschurch.org
Paul was born in Myanmar (Burma) but was raised in the Philippines as a missionary kid! He came to the United States to attend Biola University where he majored in Christian Education. That is also where he discovered his talent and passion for leading worship. Paul is one of the founding pastors of Tides Church, leading the worship ministry. Prior to this he was the College Pastor for SeaCoast Grace Church in Cypress, CA. He has been married to his wife, Tracy, for 8 years and they have two young adopted children, Mandalay age 2 years and Tre age 2 months! Paul enjoys sports, the outdoors, movies and traveling!

Tracy attended Long Beach State and was an Elementary Teacher for 9 years! She is currently the Director of our TC Kids. Tracy has been married to Paul (our Worship Pastor) for 8 years and enjoys cheerleading, photography, working out and hiking. They have two children, a little girl named Mandalay who was adopted from China and is now 2 years old and a baby boy named Tre adopted from a birth mother in April 2008.
Jared Thomsen, Youth Pastor | jared@tideschurch.org
Jared and Angela have been married since Oct. 6th 2001 and are blessed with two beautiful daughters: Reagan Adeline who is 3, and Delaney (a.k.a. Laney) Abigail who is 1. Jared has been involved in Youth ministries for the past 11 years and attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, reading, playing guitar, and playing video games. Jared’s desire is to see our youth get on fire for Jesus, to grow in their walks with Him, and encourage them in spreading the love of Jesus with their families, schools, and community.
DJ Johnston, One Of Our Founding Pastors | dj@tideschurch.org
DJ and his wife Nikki helped start tides church 4 years ago now in February of ‘04. He and his family moved down from the bay area to lay a foundation for where the church is today. DJ built our Worship and Arts Ministry borrowing players from other churches. Now the ministry is powerful and filled with talented musicians from tides that volunteer their time every week. Near the beginning of the summer DJ and Nikki felt led to pastor in Sweet Home, Oregon where he continues to give direction and lead worship for Community Chapel Church http://www.communitychapel.net/. They have two beautiful children Nathaniel (4) and Ruby (2). We will miss you DJ. Come and visit often! You can reach DJ at his email address above.
